Q: Sazay moot subho suraj nikalnay say pahlay kun de jati hay?
Translation: Why are legal punishments for crime (e.g. executions) carried out before sunrise?
A: Sooraj nikalne sai pehle phaansi dena koi Shar'i Qaa'idah nahin hai. Jis mulk main aisa hota hai, unhon nai aisi waqt khood ikhtiyaar kiya hai. Yeh kisi bhi waqt kiya jaasakta hai.
Translation: It is not a Shari' law that punishments like executions be carried out before sunrise. Whichever country has adopted this method has done so out of their own choice. These punishments can be carried out at any time.
