Q: How many stones are there in the Hajre Aswad (Black Stone in the Kabah, Makkah)?

A: The Hajre Aswad is originally one stone. When it was taken away by the Qaramita it was broken into several pieces. The Hajre Aswad was returned and today comprises approximately 16 pieces.
