Q: Is trimming or shaving of chest hair allowed for Muslim men?
A: It is permissible to remove the hair from the chest; there is no sin in this. However, it is advisable not to do so. It was not the sunnah of Rasoolullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to shave the chest. (Al-Fatawwal Hindiyyah)
